Taking tracks from Cash’s first band the ‘Tennessee Two’ all recorded between 1956 and 1959. ‘The Dog Father’ has over looked the enterprise with the blessing of the Cash estate – Cash’s son and bizarrely Beyonce Knowles old man had a put in as well. It features artists as diverse as Alabama 3, Pete Rock and The Heavy reworking classic pleasures with hopefully great results. Snoop is on the track ‘I Walk the Line’. The album is released by earMUSIC on June 15th. Keep your ears peeled.
